About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to help support our Executive Services Team on a temporary basis.
This role requires a candidate who has experience dealing with confidential administration and is a very organised individual to help support senior management.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chair, wider PA team and Leadership Group members.
- Support diary management, meeting arrangements, travel and accommodation bookings, training and conference bookings.
- Assist with invoice payments, credit card statement processing and maintaining efficient digital filing systems.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to senior managers, including organising meetings, taking notes and supporting the preparation of reports.
- Assist with the administration of Board, panel and committee meetings, including arrangements, attendance, note taking and follow-up tasks.
- Work proactively, managing own workload and priorities effectively.
About you
We are looking for an individual that has a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (Grade C / Level 4) or equivalent in Mathematics and English, as well as excellent verbal and written skills.
A strong administration background with a minimum of 3 years proven experience and knowledge of using Microsoft packages is essential.
The ideal candidate will be organised and have the ability to maintain and handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel is required.
