Key Skills/Competencies required:
- Previous experience of working in a food production or manufacturing environment is essential.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Able to work nights (10pm - 6am Sunday to Thursday each week).
- Able to demonstrate a good grasp of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Proven ability to follow instruction.
- Own transport is essential as public transport to Cawston is limited.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting salary of £26,437 per annum (hourly rate of £12.71) rising to £28,314 (hourly rate of £13.61) after successful completion of probationary period and based on ability to progress in role.
- Hours includes paid breaks.
- Annual bonus scheme sharing 10% of profits, paid in December.
- 6.2 weeks paid holiday entitlement per year (including bank holidays).
