We are looking for either an experienced Laboratory Technician or an individual who has a keen interest in science and is willing to learn, as full training can be given. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager and, as part of a team of 6 Technicians, you will carry out routine laboratory analysis of alcoholic products and raw materials (chemical, microbiological and physical) collecting and preparing samples, documenting results, completing paperwork to BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards and working closely with other departments within the Winery. We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking individual to complement the existing laboratory team.
