Start date: January 2027 (or earlier by agreement). L21-L27 (pro‑rata). 0.4 FTE (Monday and Tuesday) with potential to become full time in the future. Permanent.

About the role

The governing board of Broadheath Primary School seeks an inspiring and committed part‑time Headteacher to lead our welcoming and inclusive school into its next phase of development. The role is offered on a 0.4 FTE basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays, with the anticipated transition to full‑time (1.0 FTE) in line with planned succession arrangements.
