We are a family farming business with our poultry egg laying farms based near Whitchurch in Shropshire. As a family business, we operate with family values towards each of the people we employ in the business, who each work in small dedicated teams on each farm.

We are currently looking for people to work as part of our poultry team, collecting eggs from our laying hens and general care of our livestock.

The successful candidates will:

  • Have a positive attitude towards work
  • Have excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Have transport due to the rural location
  • Opportunity to progress for the right people

Duties will include:

  • Packing and grading eggs
  • Working as instructed by the farm manager
  • Complying with Health and Safety Requirements
  • Looking after Bird Welfare to the highest standards
  • Maintaining high levels of Hygiene standards

No previous experience necessary. Requirement for working at weekends (Sat & Sun).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,280.00-£35,000.00 per year
