Broadgate is seeking a Compliance Manager in Birmingham to support an established financial planning firm during its growth. The role involves monitoring FCA regulatory requirements, compliance monitoring, and oversight of client file reviews.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Compliance Officer role within an IFA or wealth management environment, alongside a strong knowledge of FCA regulations and a Level 4 diploma in financial planning qualification, or be working towards it.
