Broadgate Aberdeen is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our team on a hybrid, full- or part-time basis (minimum four days per week), with travel to client sites.

Candidates should hold a Level 7 CIPD accreditation and have substantial strategic HR experience to build strong client relationships.

You will deliver commercially focused HR guidance, help shape people strategies, advise on policies, recruit and develop teams, and support inclusive cultures.
