We’re hiring for a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager in the UK – 100% Remote (limited travel). This is a high-impact, manager-level role sitting at the heart of sales, business development and growth. This is a priority hire and a key position within the firm. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer, Partners and Service Line Heads, helping to keep sales activity, reporting and processes running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role:

  • Optimising sales and proposal processes to improve efficiency
  • Owning and promoting CRM usage across the firm
  • Managing sales reporting, dashboards and KPIs (with CRM & Power BI teams)
  • Supporting Partners and service lines with sales activity, data and insights
  • Preparing board-level reports for senior leadership
  • Managing cross-functional sales and client-related projects
  • Line managing the Sales Operations team (BD Administrator & BD Analyst)
  • Acting as a central point of contact across sales, BD, marketing and growth

About you:

  • Experience in sales operations, sales enablement or commercial operations
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a professional services or partnership-led environment
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident in your communication style
  • Able to manage pressure, competing deadlines and ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting and performance tracking
  • Management or supervisory experience is desirable
