Responsibilities include:
- Manage and review financial reporting for a portfolio of corporate and trust structures
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS and various GAAP frameworks
- Oversee new client onboarding from an accounting perspective
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors and other professional advisers
- Review financial records, transactions and accounting documentation
- Support regulatory and compliance-related reporting requirements
- Mentor, coach and develop junior members of the team
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across the department
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- 3-5+ years' post-qualified experience within financial services, corporate services or accountancy practice
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Experience working with IFRS and ideally multiple GAAP frameworks
- Previous experience supporting, mentoring or managing junior accountants
- Confident managing client relationships and working with external stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
