Broadgate, part of Trinnovo Group, is continuing to scale its US Financial Services division and we’re looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join our high-performing team. This role is specifically aimed at recruiters with proven agency recruitment experience who want to build and grow a US desk across Financial Services markets. We are not considering entry-level, trainee, or non-recruitment backgrounds for this opportunity.
You’ll have the opportunity to work high-value US markets across Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Finance & Accounting, and Transformation, partnering with global banks, FinTechs, consultancies, and financial institutions. With existing client relationships, live vacancies, contractor demand, and cross-sell opportunities across the Trinnovo Group brands, this is an opportunity to build a genuinely scalable desk with strong earning potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and growing a US Financial Services recruitment desk (Perm and/or Contract)
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Winning new business and developing strategic client relationships
- Recruiting across areas such as Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Accounting, and Transformation
- Managing senior candidate and client processes across US markets
- Delivering retained, exclusive, and project-based recruitment solutions
- Working collaboratively across Broadgate, Trust in SODA, and DeepRec.ai on cross-sell opportunities
- Operating as a specialist market recruiter with genuine ownership of your vertical
What we’re looking for:
- Proven 360 agency recruitment experience is essential
- Demonstrated billing history within recruitment
- Strong business development and client-winning capability
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Ability to build and grow specialist market relationships
- Commercial mindset with a strong motivation to build a high-performing desk
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Willingness to work 10:30am – 8:00pm aligned to US markets
- Able to work 3 days per week from our London office
