About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Consultant to join our Sales & Relationship Management team, focusing on revenue-generating front-office roles across the Banking, Investment Management, and Fund Admin sectors in the US market. While based in our London office, you’ll manage an established client base and benefit from working alongside a top performer in a high-fee, high-growth market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across Sales & Relationship Management roles in the US Financial Services sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Banking, Investment Management, and Fund Admin verticals.
- Source and place revenue-generating candidates such as Business Development Directors, Chief Commercial Officers, and Sales Leaders.
- Leverage Broadgate’s extensive Financial Services client base to create cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to effectively engage with clients.
About You
We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing consultant with a proven 360 recruitment background. Knowledge of the US market is not essential – full training and support will be provided.
- Proven 360 Recruitment Background: Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement.
- Front Office Expertise: Ideally with experience placing revenue-generating roles in Banking, Investment Management, or Fund Admin.
- Relationship-Focused: Ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Adaptable and Resilient: Capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Desire to Learn Executive Search: Willingness to develop expertise in retained and executive search if not already experienced.
