Broadgate, part of Trinnovo Group, is expanding our US Contract Division and hiring an ambitious recruiter to build and own our Financial Crime & Risk Management desk across the United States.
In 2024, US financial institutions spent over $61 billion on preventing financial crime. With demand for compliance, AML and risk professionals at record highs across banking, payments, and FinTech, this is one of the fastest-growing markets in recruitment.
You’ll be working alongside a high-performing colleague who leads our UK and European Contract market, with over £5 million in career billings. Together you’ll collaborate across clients and accounts, while you take full ownership of developing the US desk. The team already has contractors placed in the States and strong existing relationships across Tier 1 banks, challenger banks, and payments businesses.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across US-based Financial Crime, Risk, and Compliance roles
- Build and expand relationships with clients in banking, payments, and FinTech sectors
- Collaborate with our US Perm team and sister brands Trust in Soda and DeepRec
- Partner with clients on Statement of Work (SOW) projects and benefit from US contract margins averaging 30–40%
- Proven 360 recruiter with strong business development experience
- Background in compliance, risk, financial services, or contract recruitment
- Confident communicator with commercial drive, charisma, and resilience
- Able to work US hours (10:30 am – 7 pm UK) and commute three days a week to our Old Street office
- Quarterly travel to the US for client meetings and potential future relocation opportunities
