Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Services Company. You\’ll collaborate closely with various internal business units and stakeholders to design and implement robust compliance controls and foster a strong culture of compliance.
Reporting directly to senior leadership and engaging with regulators to ensure operations not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities

• Working across Transformation delivery workstreams, prioritising Compliance resource, as appropriate.
• Supporting the identification and mitigation of Compliance Risks within the business Transformation programmes
• Providing pragmatic, timely and actionable advice on Compliance Risks into Transformation programmes, working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
• Preparation of reporting on Compliance Risks within Transformation for Executive Committees and Boards, supporting the Head of Compliance.
• Strong technical knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority Handbook rules, with desirable experience in Product Governance.

Experience and Knowledge

• Strong regulatory compliance background working within 1st or 2nd line, ideally from a Retail Banking or Insurance background
• Strong understanding of relevant UK regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks, controls, and related regulatory requirements.
