Supporting a strong risk culture across the business.

Develop, implement and maintain an enterprise risk framework.

Direct involvement reporting to the CRO, the Board and Risk Committees.

Proactive in seeking efficiencies and improving risk management across the firm.

Support the Risk & Compliance SLT in their oversight and reporting of risks.

Engage with peers in other firms for mutual support and sharing of best practice.

Prepare training and mentoring for the existing Risk team.

We would expect the individual to come with at least 5-7 years experience working in Operational/Enterprise Risk and a demonstrable ability to design, implement and embed risk frameworks with financial services institutions.
