Broadgate Search, part of Trinnovo Group, is continuing to scale its US Financial Services offering and we are looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join our high-performing team. This role is focused on building and growing a US desk across Financial Services, partnering with leading banks, financial institutions, FinTechs and consultancies across key US markets.
You will have the opportunity to operate in a high-value, high-margin market, with strong existing relationships, live roles and contractor demand to build from. This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who wants to own and scale a US vertical, work later hours to maximise market access, and significantly increase their earnings through a high-performing desk.
- Own and develop a US Financial Services recruitment desk (Contract and/or Perm)
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to delivery
- Build relationships with US-based clients across areas such as Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Finance & Accounting
- Leverage existing Broadgate relationships, live roles and contractor base to accelerate your desk
- Deliver on retained, exclusive and project-based hiring solutions
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within Financial Services. Experience or interest in US markets (or a strong commercial mindset to build into them). Able to work 3 days per week from our London office.
