Key Objectives
- Support the supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Reconciliation team.
- Deliver daily and monthly cash, position, and transaction reconciliation exceptions using TLM (or manual processes) to internal and external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Produce daily reconciliations and management information.
- Maintain and update reconciliation process documentation.
- Monitor reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform root cause analysis to improve automation and matching rates.
- Provide oversight for new bank implementations and account openings.
- Support, develop, and mentor team members through regular meetings and cross-training.
- Manage the deployment of IT releases from a reconciliation perspective.
- Partner with technology teams to define requirements and drive system improvements.
- Work with Client Services to support a high-quality client experience.
- Collaborate with business analysts and operational teams to enhance reconciliation processes.
- Support parallel testing and operational readiness for new deployments.
- Contribute to KPI and KRI development and reporting.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
