Key Objectives

  • Support the supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Reconciliation team.
  • Deliver daily and monthly cash, position, and transaction reconciliation exceptions using TLM (or manual processes) to internal and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Produce daily reconciliations and management information.
  • Maintain and update reconciliation process documentation.
  • Monitor reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform root cause analysis to improve automation and matching rates.
  • Provide oversight for new bank implementations and account openings.
  • Support, develop, and mentor team members through regular meetings and cross-training.
  • Manage the deployment of IT releases from a reconciliation perspective.
  • Partner with technology teams to define requirements and drive system improvements.
  • Work with Client Services to support a high-quality client experience.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and operational teams to enhance reconciliation processes.
  • Support parallel testing and operational readiness for new deployments.
  • Contribute to KPI and KRI development and reporting.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

  • Ensure procedures and process documentation remain current.
