- Proven experience working within Investment Banking and/or with High Net Worth Individual client populations.
- Strong hands-on experience within remediation projects/programmes.
- Solid understanding of CDD, EDD, KYC and AML regulatory requirements.
- Experience assessing complex ownership structures, source of funds/wealth, and higher-risk client types.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of casework accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
