Own delivery of five FCA action points arising from the ETP review, covering MiFID II (appropriateness testing, costs and charges) and product governance (Consumer Duty outcomes monitoring and fair value assessment).

Enhance Consumer Duty and MiFID II frameworks to reflect the firm’s transition to a larger, more complex operating model.

Proactively support live FCA engagements by identifying issues early, maintaining control of regulatory narrative, and evidencing progress through 2026.

Identify and oversee remediation priorities within financial crime, coordinating SME input where required.

Establish effective governance, secure senior stakeholder (SMF) buy-in, and provide clear progress reporting and escalation.

Produce robust, regulator-ready documentation demonstrating sustainable remediation and embedded controls.
