Your Role:
- Provide practical, commercially focused HR and employment law advice to a diverse client base.
- Support clients with day-to-day HR matters and complex employee relations cases.
- Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and people frameworks.
- Coach managers on best practice people management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Deliver HR projects, organisational change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and become a key point of contact for HR advice.
- Contribute to business development activities and help identify opportunities to support existing clients.
About You:
- At least 2 years' experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, or HR Consultancy role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation.
- Working towards, or qualified CIPD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and developing your HR career.
