The role will support the delivery of the compliance and data protection programme across the UK business and the wider Group. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a strong compliance culture within an international environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Compliance and Data Protection: Provide advice on UK compliance and data protection, and support responses to regulatory changes.
- Regulatory Oversight: Help embed compliance with key regulations (e.g., SMCR, GDPR) and deliver related training.
- Financial Crime and Operations: Support AML, sanctions, KYC, TOBA processes, and delegated authority oversight.
- Reporting and Leadership: Assist with regulatory reports, manage complaints, and deputize for the Senior Compliance Manager.
Your Profile
- ~3 years experience within Insurance
- You will need to be a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and experienced with compliance systems and processes within financial or insurance institutions.
