IT Assurance Manager
Leeds
The primary responsibility of this role will involve managing compliance from an IT perspective, meeting regulatory requirements such as Data Privacy and SOX, as well as to be in line with internal policies.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Assurance Manager, with a Financial Services (preferably in industry) background.

- Lead and build the IT Assurance Team
- Where necessary, mentor and upskill members of the team in specific areas
- Act as a partner to the business on compliance regulations (SOX, CASS etc.)
- Improve IT compliance quality, across all business areas

- Financial Services background (industry preferred over consultancy)
- Previous team lead and/or management experience
- Confident communicator and manager – ability to engage with senior stakeholders as well as lead a team
