Investment Risk Analyst £75,000-£90,000
Broadgate Search has been appointed to look for a (permanent) Investment Risk Analyst Analyst for a leading Global investment company to support the existing investment risk team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Fund Governance and investment teams to support senior members of the team in ensuring strong tripartite agreements are in place
- Collate all relevant KRI information in order to provide in depth quantitative and qualitative analysis across all funds in scope
- Provide robust oversight and identify key areas of challenge in the identification of all risk issues, tracking to resolution
- Provide detailed reporting of fund level risks where appropriate
- Support senior management with summary level reporting across product sets to all relevant committees and boards
- Develop strong trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including the investment teams, Fund Governance, Product Development & Investment Oversight
- Provide detailed risk reporting to first line teams to support their assessment of risk, performance and investment process
- Regular engagement/collaboration with Product Risk Oversight to support new product developments
Experience:
- Good undergraduate degree
- Experience in the asset management industry, ideally in multi asset, but fixed income / equities would be looked at
- Knowledge and interpretation of regulations related to investment risk and market risk management, particularly AIFMD
