Broadgate on behalf of a UK life and pensions group seeks an Interim Head of Tax to lead the tax function, reporting to the CFO, owning governance, compliance and risk management across acquisitions, portfolio transfers and reinsurance.
You will develop strategy, manage HMRC relationships, oversee VAT and corporate tax, and lead a small tax team, embedding strong controls and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Risk and Legal.
