Broadgate is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager/ DMLRO (SMF16/17 Designate) for UK remote work.
The role leads UK Compliance and Financial Crime, reporting to the CRO, and prepares for FCA approval as SMF16 and SMF17, acting as the firm’s primary FCA contact.
The incumbent will own and scale the AML/CTF framework, supervise MLRO duties, Consumer Duty governance, and support regulatory aspects of product launches and expansion.
