Global Mobility Tax Director We\’re working with a well-established advisory firm in Aberdeenshire that\’s looking for a Global Mobility Tax Director to lead and grow their international mobility offering.What the role involvesLeading the global mobility tax function, ensuring technical excellence and practical, commercial solutions for clients.Advising on international assignments, cross-border taxation, and expatriate planning for both individuals and organisations.Developing and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical development.Working closely with other service lines to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.Contributing to the firm\’s growth by identifying opportunities for business development and client relationship expansion.What we\’re looking forA qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, CTA or equivalent) with strong experience in global mobility and international tax.Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring staff.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide clear, practical guidance to clients.Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and international clients.A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a drive to develop and grow the service offering.Why this role?This is a chance to take a leading role in a specialist, growing area of the firm.
