Are you looking to build your career in financial planning support with a growing professional services firm? This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience while supporting Financial Planners throughout the client journey.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing client administration, coordinating with product providers, and ensuring every interaction is delivered to the highest standard.

Your Role:

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all client communications are documented.
  • Prepare and process new and existing client business while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Prepare client meeting packs and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with product and investment providers to obtain required information.
  • Keep Financial Planners and clients updated throughout the advice process.
  • Review completed client files to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Client Relationship Support, Financial Planning Administrator, or similar financial services support role.
  • Working towards (or completed) a relevant qualification, i.e; Certificate in Financial Services (Cert CII FS)/ Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS).
  • Knowledge of financial products and the financial planning process.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and able to build strong working relationships across the business.
