Broadgate, part of Trinnovo Group, is expanding our US Contract Division and hiring an ambitious recruiter to build and own our Financial Crime & Risk Management desk across the United States. In 2024, US financial institutions spent over $61 billion on preventing financial crime. With demand for compliance, AML and risk professionals at record highs across banking, payments, and FinTech, this is one of the fastest-growing markets in recruitment.

You’ll be working alongside a high-performing colleague who leads our UK and European Contract market, with over £5 million in career billings. Together you’ll collaborate across clients and accounts, while you take full ownership of developing the US desk. The team already has contractors placed in the States and strong existing relationships across Tier 1 banks, challenger banks, and payments businesses.

This is a growth-focused role, giving you autonomy to map the market, win new clients, and grow a high-performing division within one of Broadgate’s most successful teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across US-based Financial Crime, Risk, and Compliance roles
  • Build and expand relationships with clients in banking, payments, and FinTech sectors
  • Map the US market, understand hiring trends, and position yourself as a go-to specialist
  • Collaborate with our US Perm team and sister brands Trust in Soda and DeepRec.ai
  • Partner with clients on Statement of Work (SOW) projects and benefit from US contract margins averaging 30–40%

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven 360 recruiter with strong business development experience
  • Background in compliance, risk, financial services, or contract recruitment
  • Confident communicator with commercial drive, charisma, and resilience
  • Organised, ambitious, and motivated to build something from the ground up
  • Able to work US hours (10:30 am – 7 pm UK) and commute three days a week to our Old Street office

What You’ll Get

  • Uncapped commission up to 50%
  • Quarterly travel to the US for client meetings and potential future relocation opportunities
  • Private healthcare, wellbeing support, and flexible working hours
  • Quarterly lunch clubs, top-performer trips, and an inclusive, collaborative culture
  • Industry-leading mentorship directly from senior leadership, including one of Broadgate’s top billers
