Are you an experienced operations leader with a background in professional or financial services? This is an excellent opportunity to lead a large administrative function, driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional support across a growing organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of administrative operations, lead strategic improvement initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the future of the function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
Your Role:
- Lead and develop multiple administrative teams through Team Leads, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Take ownership of firm-wide administrative service delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across the business.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational capacity to meet business demands.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective operational support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee performance management, coaching, succession planning, and capability development across the function.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance requirements, data protection, and operational controls.
- Monitor KPIs and management information to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as a senior escalation point for operational and people management matters.
- Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to wider organisational initiatives.
About You:
- Significant experience leading administrative operations within a professional services or regulated environment.
- Proven track record of managing managers or Team Leads and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong operational and commercial mindset with experience improving service delivery and business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
