We are partnering with a high-growth consultancy expanding its Regulatory Compliance Advisory practice and seeking a talented Compliance Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional looking to broaden their exposure in a client-facing advisory environment. You will work closely with clients across a range of regulatory projects, providing practical compliance support and helping firms respond to evolving UK regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regulatory compliance support and advisory services to clients across retail banking and consumer credit sectors
  • Interpret and apply UK regulatory requirements including FCA Handbook, Consumer Duty, CONC, SYSC, and wider conduct standards
  • Support the review and enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls
  • Deliver regulatory change projects, including gap analysis, implementation support, and impact assessments
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues across multiple engagements
  • Contribute to proposals, business development activity, and wider team growth initiatives
