Salary: £28,000-£40,000 + Uncapped Commission, no threshold
Broadgate Search, part of Trinnovo Group, is growing and we are looking for recruiters with experience in any of the following specialisms to join our UK or EU teams: Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime or Transformation and Change.
You will join a top performing division that partners with leading banks, challenger banks, FinTechs, asset managers, consultancies and financial services institutions across the UK and Europe. This is a growth focused role where you will have autonomy to build and scale your vertical, supported by a strong brand, established client relationships and dedicated operational support.
What you will do:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within your chosen specialist area
- Build lasting relationships with clients across banking, financial services, payments and FinTech
- Develop talent pipelines and establish yourself as a subject matter expert across UK and EU markets
- Collaborate with colleagues across Broadgate, Trust in SODA and DeepRec.ai to support cross functional hiring
- Deliver on retained, exclusive and project based assignments
What we are looking for:
- A proven 360 recruiter with experience in finance, accounting, risk, compliance, financial crime or transformation and change
- Strong business development experience and confidence building and managing client relationships
- Commercially driven, organised and motivated to grow a high performing desk
- Able to work three days per week from our Old Street office
