An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Services Company. You will collaborate closely with various internal business units and stakeholders to design and implement robust compliance controls and foster a strong culture of compliance.

Reporting directly to senior leadership and engaging with regulators to ensure operations not only meet but exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Working across Transformation delivery workstreams, prioritising Compliance resource, as appropriate.
  • Supporting the identification and mitigation of Compliance Risks within the business Transformation programmes.
  • Providing pragmatic, timely and actionable advice on Compliance Risks into Transformation programmes, working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
  • Preparation of reporting on Compliance Risks within Transformation for Executive Committees and Boards, supporting the Head of Compliance.
Experience and Knowledge:
  • Strong regulatory compliance background working within 1st or 2nd line, ideally from a Retail Banking or Insurance background.
  • Strong understanding of relevant UK regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks, controls, and related regulatory requirements.
