The Role

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit engagements while supporting the development of junior team members and building strong, trusted client relationships.

  • Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Leading fieldwork and reviewing the work of junior team members
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying and assessing audit risks and ensuring appropriate testing is performed
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements
  • Supporting managers and partners with delivery and client service
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing junior staff
  • Ensuring audits are delivered on time and to a high professional standard

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in external audit within a practice environment
  • Exposure to leading audit engagements and managing client relationships
  • Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
