Associate Director – Corporate Services Broadgate’s client is a highly regarded international legal and professional services firm. As the firm continues to expand its presence across key global markets, they are looking to appoint an Associate Director to work alongside senior leadership in driving client delivery, providing board-level governance oversight, and managing a growing team. This is a great role for an experienced governance professional to take on directorships and lead client relationships within a service-led environment. Responsibilities Act as a client director and authorized signatory across assigned entity structures, providing strategic board oversight, governance advice, and risk management. This will be across private equity and real estate clients. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of governance professionals, overseeing daily operations, workload distribution, and quality of output. Take senior accountability for a portfolio of complex client entities, ensuring exceptional service standards and long-term relationship retention. Partner with law firm leaders and senior stakeholders on commercial pitches, client onboarding, and joint strategic initiatives. Serve as the senior technical authority on UK company secretarial matters, ensuring alignment with corporate law and regulatory standards. Essential Experience Hold a Law degree or qualification as a Chartered Governance Professional / Chartered Secretary (ACG/FCG). Proven track record in corporate secretarial, governance, and client management within a corporate service provider, fund administrator, or professional services firm. Experience taking on board directorships or holding senior signatory authority alongside managing and developing a team.
