Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter / Telesales Executive to join our sales team and generate high-quality sales opportunities across the UK. This role is ideal for a confident outbound sales professional who enjoys speaking with business owners, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers.

Tasks

As a Part-Time B2B Appointment Setter / Telesales Executive - UK Telecom Sales, you will be responsible for contacting UK businesses, identifying decision-makers, understanding their current telecom requirements, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team. You will work with company-provided leads, a modern CRM system, and professional sales resources to build a strong pipeline of prospective customers. This is a results-driven position offering an excellent hourly rate together with an attractive uncapped commission structure.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 30-50 quality outbound B2B calls during each 4-hour shift.
  • Contact UK businesses and engage with owners, directors, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customers' telecom and connectivity services.
  • Qualify prospects based on their current supplier, contract renewal dates, business requirements, and future plans.
  • Book 1-2 qualified appointments per working day for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up activities within the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed activity and appointment targets while maintaining high quality conversations.

Expected Performance Targets

  • 30-50 quality outbound calls per day
  • 1-2 qualified appointments per working day
  • 20-40 qualified appointments per month
  • Consistent contribution towards monthly sales and revenue targets through high quality appointments.

A qualified appointment is with a business decision maker who has a genuine interest in reviewing their telecom services and is willing to meet with one of our sales consultants.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B outbound telesales or appointment setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or appointment targets.
  • Excellent telephone communication and relationship building skills.
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision makers.
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated, organised, and target driven.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
