Internal Audit Manager – Compliance TestingLondonA growing international banking organisation is seeking an experienced professional from an Internal Audit or Compliance Testing background to join its expanding London Compliance function as a Compliance Testing Manager. This is a new role that's an ideal next step for an Internal Auditor — the skill set transfers directly, and you'd have the opportunity to help build and enhance the Compliance Testing framework while working closely with an established international team.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute compliance testing reviews across the business — similar in approach to internal audit fieldworkAssess compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and controlsIdentify control gaps and areas for improvementDevelop and maintain testing plans and methodologiesPrepare testing reports, findings, and remediation actionsEngage with senior stakeholders on testing outcomes and action plansSupport regulatory reporting and governance committee updatesHelp develop and strengthen the London Compliance Testing capabilityRequirements7+ years' experience within Internal Audit or Compliance Testing — auditors looking to move into Compliance are actively encouraged to applyStrong understanding of risk assessment methodologies; audit or testing framework experience both relevantExperience writing test/audit plans and detailed reportsAbility to manage complex reviews independently, end to endInstitutional or wholesale banking experienceKnowledge of FCA regulations essential; PRA knowledge beneficialCIA, CPA, ACA, or similar qualification preferred
