b Overview /b p In this role you lead audits for charities, not-for-profits, educational organisations and social enterprises, guiding engagements from planning through completion. You build strong client relationships and advise on complex audit matters, while mentoring juniors and contributing to team growth. You operate within a growing specialist area, owning client portfolios and engaging with senior stakeholders. The position offers meaningful work, ownership of clients, and a clear path for career progression in a hybrid setup. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working /li li career progression /li li meaningful work /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage a portfolio of charity and non-profit audits from planning to completion /li li Lead audits and escalate complex matters with confidence /li li Advise clients and liaise with senior stakeholders /li li Review work produced by junior team members and provide coaching /li li Develop and strengthen client relationships to support retention and growth /li li Contribute to growth and development of the wider team /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li ACA, ACCA, ICAS or similarly qualified /li li solid external audit experience in professional practice /li li experience with charities, not-for-profits, education or social enterprises (advantageous) /li li knowledge of Charity SORP (advantageous) /li li ability to manage a portfolio and lead audits /li li strong client Relationship skills /li li desire to mentor others and develop career /li /ul ul li relationship building /li li mentoring and coaching /li li stakeholder management /li li external audit /li li portfolio management /li li planning and execution of audits /li /ul
