Product Marketer |High-Growth InsurTech | London(Remote) | 3-Month Contract | £500-700/Day (3 Days/Week)
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing UK SaaS company transforming how insurers use location intelligence and data. Their cloud-native platform combines geospatial, property, and environmental data with powerful APIs and AI-driven capabilities to help customers make better underwriting, exposure management, and risk decisions.
Trusted by leading insurers, brokers, and financial institutions, the business helps organisations replace fragmented, manual processes with scalable, data-driven workflows that improve decision-making, reduce operational effort, and accelerate innovation.
The company culture is collaborative, pragmatic, and customer-focused. They move quickly, value evidence over opinion, and are committed to building products that solve genuine customer problems.
About the Role
Can you write a value proposition that survives contact with sceptical buyers? Can you turn a lost deal into three things sales should do differently next time? That’s the job.
We’re bringing in a Product Marketing expert for a three-month engagement to nail the ICP, sharpen how the product is discussed, arm sales with material that actually gets used, and figure out why deals are being won and lost. You will also refresh website messaging so it clearly communicates actual capabilities rather than corporate aspirations.
Working closely with sales, product, and the founders, you will report directly to the CFO. This is an autonomous, high-impact contract designed for an enterprise product marketing expert ready to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
- Support the refinement of ICP documentation into a live model using insights derived from closed-won and closed-lost data.
- Rebuild the core value proposition, rigorously tested against how prospects actually describe their problems.
- Build the pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and case studies that sales reps will actively use in the field.
- Interview closed-won and closed-lost prospects directly, documenting the precise drivers behind wins and losses.
- Train the sales team on the new ICP, value proposition, and materials, driving consistency and higher-value messaging to secure larger deals.
- Rewrite homepage and product page messaging to completely align with the new value proposition.
Requirements & Experience
- Proven enterprise-level product marketing experience; background in financial services is a distinct plus.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping ICP, value proposition, and win/loss frameworks that sales teams actually put into practice.
- B2B SaaS or AI background preferred, operating within an enterprise or mid-market motion.
- Comfortable writing high-converting website copy or working smoothly alongside those who do.
- Highly autonomous with the ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
- Duration: 3-month contract, with the option to extend.
- Location: London (City) with flexible remote policy.
- Start Date: 10th August 2026.
Measures of Success
- ICP, value proposition, and sales materials fully signed off and in active use.
- Win/loss program actively running with insights documented and actioned.
- New website messaging live and optimized
