Fast-Growing AI Procurement Platform | Commercial Associate | London (Hybrid) | £55-75K Base + £20K Variable + Equity

About The Company

Our client is one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups.

They’ve raised $75M from top-tier VCs and grown ARR 10x to double-digit millions in just 18 months.

At big companies, a single purchase can take months and 50+ emails.

Their AI-native platform puts the whole process in one place, and large enterprises are taking notice.

They are scaling fast and want people who thrive in that environment, are hungry to learn, and want to be rewarded properly for the pipeline and revenue they help generate.

About The Role

As a Commercial Associate, you’ll sit at the front of the commercial engine, working alongside the team leads on some of the most complex enterprise deals in the market.

You’ll own pipeline generation into finance and procurement leaders at large enterprises, and you’ll help run the exec dinners and roundtables that turn those conversations into relationships.

The product is proven, the funding is in place and the growth is real.

What they need now is more people who can open doors at the top of big organisations.

This is NOT a generic SDR seat chasing activity metrics.

We need a sharp, driven self-starter who can earn the trust of senior buyers and help turn early conversations into real enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline with finance and procurement leaders at large enterprises.
  • Help plan and run exec dinners and roundtables, from the guest list to the follow-up.
  • Support team leads on complex enterprise deals, from first conversation through to close.
  • Turn early interest into qualified opportunities and hand them cleanly to the sales team.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders that go beyond a single meeting.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in banking, consulting, VC or an early-stage startup.
  • A track record of generating pipeline.
  • Credible and confident in conversations with senior finance and procurement leaders.
  • Curious, organised and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • A team player who wants to help build something, rather than slot into someone else’s machine.

Benefits

  • £55,000-£75,000 base + £20,000 variable (up to c.£95,000 OTE)
  • Equity in one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups
  • Hybrid working in London
  • Close exposure to enterprise sales, senior buyers and the leadership team
  • Opportunity to grow quickly in a company doubling down on growth
