Operating across underwriting, claims, operations, and partner networks, they combine deep industry expertise with modern technology to deliver market-leading specialty insurance programs. As the executive team continues to drive strategic growth and platform expansion, they are looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to optimise leadership efficiency and streamline operational workflows. Operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will combine executive assistance with broader operational coordination - tracking key business actions, supporting people and engagement initiatives, and helping maintain seamless day-to-day operations across leadership. Proactively manage complex, fast-moving executive diaries, balancing competing priorities, coordinating travel, and serving as a gatekeeper for senior leadership. Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong cross-functional relationships and tracking action delivery. Assist with cross-functional project tracking, maintain core governance documentation, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. Exceptional planning, prioritization, and time-management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Absolute professionalism with high levels of discretion when handling confidential, executive-level information. A resourceful, solutions-focused mindset capable of anticipating bottlenecks and balancing shifting demands with composure. Comfort using data, tracking action items, and assembling clear presentations and executive summaries. Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or senior administrative role. Background in insurance, MGA platforms, or broader financial services environments is advantageous but not essential. Full-time permanent position (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
