We are looking for inspiring and reflective teachers from across all Key stages; Early Years, Key stage 1 & Key stage 2 to start in September. We are seeking to appoint teachers who are passionate about delivering high‑quality education and committed to helping every child reach their full potential. Successful candidates will be those who are confident in using a range of teaching strategies and have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum. Creativity, collaboration, and a willingness to embrace digital tools are essential.

We have a trust-wide team of teachers who work together to deliver a knowledge-rich, project-based curriculum. Our schools are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including dedicated libraries, science and art rooms, TV studios, and forest school areas. Children have access to Microsoft Surface devices, and our digital approach supports both teaching and assessment, reducing workload and enhancing planning. Our schools offer an exciting, extended and enriched curriculum whilst still focussing on those high expectations for ensuring all children achieve well in reading, writing and maths. From musical theatre and modern foreign languages to climbing, kayaking, and fencing, we ensure every child has the opportunity to discover their strengths.

Teachers are supported by a strong coaching culture, with weekly CPD sessions and a network of colleagues who share planning and resources across the Trust. Your Role

Hours and Salary

National Teacher Pay Scale 8 am – 5 pm x 5 days a week 40 weeks per year (term time + 10 days)
