About the Company - Broadcast Recruit is looking for an experienced Inhouse Warehouse Supervisor for a busy London Broadcast equipment company.
About the Role - Duties to include:
- Forward planning daily and long-term warehouse operations to ensure exceptional standards of service delivery, leading to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Leading on project delivery with the team to ensure that logistics are efficiently managed, and deliveries and collections are conducted in a timely fashion, to schedule.
- Overall supervision of the daily schedule of drives, collections, dispatches, and pick-ups, as detailed by the team. Ensuring kits are ready on time.
- Regular audit and tightening of workflows to ensure efficient process from order to invoicing stage.
- Ensure that any maintenance and testing schedules are carried out.
- Prepping and de prepping equipment as required.
Responsibilities -
- Experience in warehouse management and office operations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid forklift licensed preferable.
- Full clean valid driving licence.
- Experience in a Broadcast/Warehouse environment essential.
- Must have a technical background.
Key Performance indicators - All production equipment is prepped alongside our engineers, dispatched promptly and accurately, and all equipment is of a high standard. The Warehouse is organized, efficient and tidy. Kit check in is swift and any issues with breakages/losses are flagged appropriately. Ensuring Health & Safety policies are being adhered to in the warehouse.
