Building on a world class reputation, and recent international success in London and Los Angeles, we have established an international office in London to develop and execute world-class experiences in sports and entertainment outside of the Middle East. We are looking to build a global portfolio of sports and entertainment projects, delivering commercial, operational and creative consultancy and services. The ambition is to execute a growth strategy that will see us establish itself as a market leader in the sector.
Role overview
To provide proactive administrative and operational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the office, supporting staff, managing office processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, post, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant to Directors (e.g. confirming reservations, domestic and international travel itineraries, concierge enquiries).
- Assist with expense reconciliation, processing payments, and tracking approvals.
- Collate documentation for meetings, including board packs, reports, and presentations.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, including staff socials and company functions.
- Support the EA and HR team in onboarding new staff members.
- Office Management - Order, manage, and monitor office supplies and equipment.
- Establish effective working relationships with ground floor reception and GPE building management.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and external service providers.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Register visitors in the Bluepoint portal.
- Meet and greet visitors to ensure a professional experience.
- Manage the meeting room booking system and ensure rooms are prepared for use.
- Additional Support - Execute personal or ad hoc errands as required for the Board and Directors.
- Provide flexible support for special projects and business needs.
