Core Responsibilities
- Ticket Inventory & Allocations Management
- Own and manage all non-public ticket allocations including sponsors, partners, players, VIPs, and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain allocation matrices across all event sessions.
- Track usage, returns, and reallocation of tickets to maximise occupancy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all allocation requests and approvals.
- Holds & Inventory Release Strategy
- Manage ticket holds within the Olympia Ticketing Manager.
- Develop and execute phased release strategies to return unused inventory to general sale.
- Continuously monitor sales against holds to optimise availability and revenue.
- Maintain strict version control and audit trails of all inventory movements.
- Accreditation Management
- Allocate accreditations across workforce, media, VIPs, athletes, and stakeholders.
- Oversee approval workflows and ensure all accreditations are authorised appropriately.
- Implement systems for tracking, reporting, and auditing all issued credentials.
- Work closely with security and operations teams to align accreditation with site access control.
- Systems & Data Oversight
- Produce regular reporting on allocations, holds, releases, and accreditation status.
- Ensure GDPR compliance in all data handling and distribution processes.
- Liaise with Olympia and TicketMaster to resolve system issues and optimise functionality.
- Stakeholder & Operational Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between commercial, partnerships, sport, and operations teams for all ticketing and accreditation requests.
- Communicate allocation policies, deadlines, and changes clearly to all stakeholders.
- Support onsite teams with access queries, escalations, and last-minute changes.
- Ensure alignment between ticketing, accreditation, and ingress operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years in ticketing, accreditation, or event operations (major events, sport, or live entertainment preferred).
- Strong experience managing ticket inventory, allocations, and holds within ticketing systems.
- Proven experience delivering accreditation systems and access control frameworks.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong data management and reporting capability.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure.

- Inventory Optimisation: Minimal unused allocations; effective re-release of held tickets.
- Accuracy: Zero errors in allocation and accreditation data.
- Auditability: Clear tracking and reporting of all ticket and accreditation movements.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Timely and accurate fulfilment of allocation requests.
- Operational Efficiency: Seamless alignment between ticketing, accreditation, and access control.
