Sela International is seeking a bold, highly experienced Creative Producer to define and deliver a standout creative vision for the Premier Padel P1 London event. This role is responsible for taking the Premier Padel and Sela brand worlds and transforming them into a fully immersive, high-impact live experience β across the field of play, broadcast output, fan journey, and fanzone environments. Working hand-in-hand with Technical Production, Sport Presentation, Broadcast, Marketing, and Commercial teams, the Creative Producer will ensure a consistent, premium βwowβ factor from first fan touchpoint to final broadcast frame. This is a senior, ideas-led but delivery-focused role requiring both creative excellence and deep live-event production experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the overarching creative vision for Padel P1 London, aligned with Premier Padel, Sela International, and sponsors and stakeholder values.
- Develop a clear creative narrative that translates seamlessly across:
- Broadcast and television output
- Fanzone and fan engagement spaces
- Opening ceremonies, player moments, and key show beats
Live Experience & Show Production
- Design and produce high-energy show moments including:
- Player walk-ons and introductions
- Match build-ups and transitions
- Finals, trophy ceremonies, and closing moments
Broadcast & Content Integration
- Collaborate closely with Broadcast and Host Broadcaster teams to ensure the creative vision translates powerfully on screen.
- Input into:
- Camera storytelling and hero shots
- Lighting looks and atmosphere for broadcast
- Timing and integration of show moments into live coverage
Fanzone & Fan Journey
- Lead the creative concepting of all fan-facing environments beyond the court, including:
- Fanzones and activation areas
- Arrival, entry, and circulation experiences
- Wayfinding, branding, and experiential moments
Collaboration with Technical & Operations
- Work in close partnership with the Technical Production Manager to translate creative ideas into safe, buildable, and deliverable solutions.
- Understand and respect technical, budgetary, structural, and H&S constraints while pushing creative ambition.
- Participate in production planning, rehearsals, and live show execution.
Stakeholder & Brand Management
- Act as the creative custodian for all event outputs, ensuring consistency across partners, sponsors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to integrate sponsor storytelling in a way that feels premium and authentic.
- Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 8β10 yearsβ experience in a senior creative production role within live sport, major events, or broadcast entertainment.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-profile events with a strong broadcast component.
- Deep understanding of:
- Live sport presentation and fan engagement
- Broadcast-led storytelling
- Music, lighting, video, and show flow
