Broadcast.co is looking for an adaptable, technically minded Marketing Operations & Growth Specialist. Sitting between strategy and technical execution, you will be the engine room of our middle-of-the-funnel activity. While our content team drives brand awareness and traffic, your job is to turn that attention into a qualified sales pipeline. You’ll design landing pages, build email sequences, set up automation flows, and proactively test growth ideas across our portfolio of SaaS and media tools. If you’re a hands‑on builder who loves connecting tools, writing copy that converts, and constantly experimenting to see what works, then this role is for you.

Reporting: Head of Marketing & CMO.

Location: Manchester, UK - hybrid (commutable for office days).

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Contract: Full-time, permanent.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of our conversion engine to ensure traffic becomes a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Campaign & Funnel Execution: Build and execute targeted nurture campaigns and conversion paths to turn inbound/outbound attention into pipeline.
  • Technical Ops: Set up, connect, and maintain marketing tools, automation tools, lead sequences, and CRM workflows.
  • Conversion Copywriting: Write persuasive direct response copy across landing pages, emails, and CTAs to drive measurable action.
  • Experimentation & Optimisation: Proactively run A/B tests on messaging, funnel steps, and user flows to fix drop-offs and improve MQL/SQL conversion.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to streamline lead scoring, qualification criteria, and lead handoff.

You will be a "builder-strategist" - combining technical execution with proactive experimentation to guide prospects from initial interaction to sales‑ready leads.

Help plan ‘go-to-market’ conversion paths across our SaaS and media brands. Map journeys to identify drop‑off points and implement automated solutions. Proactively test new growth tactics, landing pages, and lead‑capture strategies.

Execute & Build:

  • Build: Get hands‑on with automation and AI platforms to set up funnels, forms, and email triggers.
  • Write: Draft sharp, direct‑response copy for nurture emails, web pages, and conversion assets.
  • Connect: Integrate lead‑capture mechanics across our tech stack to make automated workflows seamless.
  • Optimise: Run systematic tests on CTAs, landing page layouts, and email sequences to continuously lift conversion rates.

Analyse & Report:

  • Track campaign and system performance with a focus on conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and generated pipeline.
  • Use data to identify which tactics are performing and drop those that aren't.
  • Gather feedback from sales, solutions, and support to continually refine lead scoring and handoff quality.

Requirements:

  • Working across different brands, you'll need a systematic approach and a good understanding of B2C buyer behaviour.
  • Hands‑on Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth roles within B2C, B2B, or SaaS environments.
  • Technical Tool Proficiency: Proven experience setting up workflows and funnels within marketing automation platforms (CRM, email systems, landing page builders).
  • Direct Response Copywriting: Ability to write clear, compelling copy built for lead capture and conversion.
  • Proactive & Test‑Minded: A self‑starter who identifies broken processes, proposes tests, and implements fixes without waiting for direction.
  • Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for cross‑team alignment and campaign messaging.
  • Background or interest in the creator economy space in radio and podcasts.
  • Experience aligning marketing operations with outbound sales efforts.
  • Basic web skills (HTML/CSS) or visual builders.

Benefits:

  • Ride to work scheme.
  • Flexible working and remote-friendly.
  • Monthly freebies and discounts with Perkbox.
  • Learning budget to help with personal and career development.
  • 3% employer pension scheme, increasing to 5% after the first year.
  • Friendly, social culture with regular activities and company meals out.
  • 28 days holiday a year, including bank holidays and extra for length of service.
  • MacBook provided.
  • Desk setups at the office, home screen provided if needed.

About Broadcast.co:
