Broadcast.co is home to industry-leading brands: Cue Podcasts, MatchMaker.fm, Podcast.co, and Radio.co. We're looking for a technically-minded Junior Content Executive to help us grow. That’s where you come in.
As part of the content team, you'll be a key player in creating engaging content that attracts new users, educates existing ones, and drives product adoption across our distinct brands. You’re a natural writer and a tech enthusiast, skilled at breaking down complex topics into clear, persuasive content. You'll work with the content team to produce assets that click with our target audiences and achieve our business goals.
Boiled down, you’ll produce high-quality, persuasive content that drives user acquisition, educates our audiences, and supports our growth.
- Reporting: Head of Marketing.
- Location: Manchester, UK hybrid, working in the office when needed.
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Contract: Full-time, permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities 🦺
Take ownership of content creation, finding effective ways to reach and onboard users.
Plan:
- Research relevant topics and keywords for fresh content ideas.
- Work with the content team on priorities and the content calendar.
- Outline and structure articles, guides, and copy for impact and clarity.
Execute:
- Create compelling short and long-form content across platforms.
- Write concise, engaging copy for web, CRMs, and social media.
- Produce detailed guides, tutorials, and feature breakdowns for our brands.
- Use modern tools, including AI, to improve writing, structure, and efficiency.
- Optimise content for SEO and AEO (LLM) to maximise reach.
- Proofread and edit for grammar, style, and accuracy.
Report:
- Track content performance with metrics and tools.
- Identify content improvement opportunities from data and user feedback.
- Share insights and content ideas with the team.
