Apprenticeship: Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

Salary: £22,000 - £25, 000 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Apprentice to join a creative and growing brand following an exciting rebrand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves social media, follows the latest trends and wants to start a career in marketing. You'll gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, influencer marketing, email campaigns and wider digital marketing while working towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification .

Requirements
- Genuine interest in marketing, social media and content creation
- Good understanding of platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Confident appearing in front of the camera
- Creative with plenty of ideas for engaging content
- Awareness of current social media trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Comfortable engaging with online communities
- Able to work effectively within a fast-moving team
- Previous experience creating social content would be beneficial but is not essential
Responsibilities for an Apprentice
- Support the management of social media channels including TikTok and Instagram
- Create reels, videos, photos and other engaging content
- Appear in video content and help bring the brands to life online
- Research current and emerging social media trends
- Support TikTok Shop activity
- Create behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content
- Engage with followers through comments, messages and online conversations
- Help grow and develop the brands' online communities
- Build relationships with ambassadors, influencers and affiliates
- Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and giveaways
- Research potential creators and collaboration opportunities
- Assist with loyalty schemes, memberships and customer rewards
- Support email content creation and marketing campaigns
- Assist with campaign planning and creative asset production
- Work alongside the sales team to support retail and online marketing activity
- Monitor marketing activity and use results to help develop future content and campaigns
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship , typically completed over approximately 18 months. This includes:
- Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
- A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
- Development of skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
- Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
- Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a permanent role, with future career opportunities across marketing, social media, content and digital marketing .
