Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Warehouse Operative? If so, we have full time positions available for an immediate start in Northampton, NN4 9EX working on behalf of a well-known British Supermarket! You will be working in a Freezer environment at around -22 degrees.
Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
- Day shift pre 12 weeks: £14.30
- Saturday: £14.68
- Sunday: £15.05
- Overtime: £20.73
- Day shift post 12 weeks: £15.11
- Saturday: £15.49
- Sunday: £15.86
- Overtime: £22.78
- Afternoon shift pre 12 weeks: £16.19
- Saturday: £16.57
- Sunday: £16.94

Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly. Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30. 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour. Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required.
Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:
- Day shift: 06:00-14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00-22:00
- Night shift: 21:00-06:00
Rota: Given 1 year in advance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
- Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
- Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness.
