Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Warehouse Operative? If so, we have full time positions available for an immediate start in Northampton, NN4 9EX working on behalf of a well-known British Supermarket! You will be working in a Freezer environment at around -22 degrees.

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Day shift pre 12 weeks: £14.30
  • Saturday: £14.68
  • Sunday: £15.05
  • Overtime: £20.73
  • Day shift post 12 weeks: £15.11
  • Saturday: £15.49
  • Sunday: £15.86
  • Overtime: £22.78
  • Afternoon shift pre 12 weeks: £16.19
  • Saturday: £16.57
  • Sunday: £16.94
  • Overtime: £22.73
  • Afternoon shift post 12 weeks: £17.00
  • Saturday: £17.38
  • Sunday: £17.75
  • Overtime: £23.99
  • Night shift pre 12 weeks: £16.68

Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly. Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30. 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour. Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required.

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Day shift: 06:00-14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00-22:00
  • Night shift: 21:00-06:00

Rota: Given 1 year in advance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
  • Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
  • Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
  • Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness.
