SEN Tutor / Mentor Opportunities in Northampton. Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting SEN Tutors and Mentors across Northampton to support children and young people who require additional educational and emotional support outside of mainstream school settings. Working through local authority and school-funded provision, you will provide personalised 1:1 support in homes, libraries, and community venues, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.
About the Role
You will work closely with learners who may have:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH needs
- EHCPs
- Anxiety or school avoidance
- Additional learning needs
Support may include academic intervention, confidence-building, emotional wellbeing support, behaviour management, and re-engagement with education.
