Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Software Commodities business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Treasury Assistant for 2-3 months.
Role
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Treasury Assistant to assist them for 2-3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
- Support the day-to-day management of cash and payments across multiple bank accounts and currencies.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Perform urgent and ad-hoc reconciliations as required to ensure accurate and up-to-date cash positions.
- Manage daily and weekly payment runs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Monitor cash balances across multiple accounts and currencies, providing regular cash balance reporting.
- Support short-term cash flow and liquidity forecasting, identifying upcoming funding requirements and potential cash surpluses.
- Assist with overall liquidity management and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet payment obligations.
- Support the onboarding and setup of new bank accounts, including coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure banking information is kept up to date.
- Work closely with Finance and other internal teams to resolve cash, payment and reconciliation queries.
- Utilise Net Suite to record, monitor and reconcile financial transactions and support treasury reporting.
- Provide support on ad-hoc treasury and cash management activities as required.
